Mumineen Foundation, a renowned non-profit organization committed to nurturing leadership and empowering young minds, is delighted to announce the successful completion of its 2023 Youth Leadership Program cohort. The program, which commenced virtually in early October and culminated with a two-day onsite workshop at the prestigious Houston Hilton, marked a significant milestone in equipping young individuals with essential leadership skills and fostering meaningful connections with industry leaders, celebrities, business professionals, and community leaders.
Throughout the duration of the program, participants engaged in a dynamic series of virtual workshops, mentorship sessions, as well as problem-solving and leadership projects, all aimed at developing their leadership potential and igniting their passion for making a positive impact in their communities. The virtual format allowed for flexibility and inclusivity, enabling participants to come together and collaborate effectively.
The highlight of the program was the two-day onsite workshop held at the Houston Hilton, where participants had the opportunity to engage in immersive learning experiences, interact with guest speakers, and network with industry experts. The lineup of guest speakers included prominent industry leaders, renowned celebrities, accomplished business professionals, and esteemed community leaders, who shared valuable insights and inspiration with the young leaders.

The first day of the onsite workshop concluded with a memorable banquet dinner, where mentors and mentees connected to share their experiences and establish their mentoring relationship. The program concluded with awards presented to outstanding participants, recognizing their exceptional contributions and leadership qualities.
